Progress isn’t linear- every small step forward counts.

You deserve compassion, not shame.

I support clients who may, on the outside, appear as though they have things together. They are tending to their responsibilities, yet, on the inside they feel as though they are falling apart. They may be engaged with work or parenting while quietly struggling with shame, anxiety, or the need to use substances or engage in behaviours just to feel ‘normal’.

I provide support without judgment, labels, or pressure to be ‘fixed’. It is important to work together to reduce harm while honouring your autonomy. Change doesn’t have to mean abstinence. It means moving toward what matters to you. Healing looks different for everyone. I come from a lens of viewing addiction as attempts to soothe a nervous system shaped by unmet needs and a response to deep emotional pain. Healing begins with compassion, connection, and addressing the root wound.

CODEPENDENCY

I also support those who have loved ones with a history of addiction. I can help process grief, fear, resentment, and shame. It can be helpful to learn what your emotional and practical needs are and to have support with setting and maintaining healthy boundaries. I can help you understand the cycle of codependence and find purpose and meaning again. It is not about trying to fix a loved one, but to reclaim your peace.

Your struggle doesn’t mean you’ve failed; it means you’ve been carrying something incredibly heavy. I’d be honoured to help you put some of the heaviness down.
