Many Reach Out to Me Because:

  • They feel burnt out and want to engage in more meaningful activity and/or feel more stillness in their day-to-day life

  • They feel their pain intensely, or feel numb, and want to experience their emotions with more ease

  • They hold many layers of grief and shame and want to learn to treat themselves with more love and kindness

  • They feel lonely or stuck in relationships and want to set healthy boundaries and have more meaningful connections

  • They may have tried therapy in the past that primarily involved coping strategies and those helped for a period of time, but the wounds of the past are still showing up in a variety of ways

I Can Help With:

Style & Approach

My work tends to resonate most with those who are looking for support with doing the deep work of exploring their inner world by learning how their past wounds influence present patterns. I provide neurodiversity and queer affirming care to clients through a trauma-informed process integrating parts work (Internal Family Systems), attachment principles (emotionally-focused individual therapy), and somatic, mindfulness, and compassion-focused approaches.

SESSION FEE:

20-minute Consultation (no fee)

60-minute Individual Session ($175)

CANCELLATION POLICY:

I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your session. Otherwise, the full session fee will apply.

Healing

Healing isn’t about fixing or transforming into someone new. It is about gently returning to who you’ve always been by peeling back the layers of survival, shame, or expectations, to gently loosen the protection that was built over time and rediscover the quiet truth that’s been there all along. Healing isn’t just personal, it’s relational and often communal.

Your Rights in Therapy

You have the right to respectful personalized care where your privacy is protected, your individuality is honoured and affirmed, and where you can shape the pace and direction of the process. You’re always free to share concerns, adjust your goals, or decide to step away when it feels right.
